Because every case is custom-made for you, our return
policy is a bit different.
- Cancellations: You have 3 hours after placing
your order to submit your design. If you don't submit a design
within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled
and a small cancellation fee will be charged (to prevent
abuse). You can also manually cancel anytime within the 3-hour
window.
- After Printing: Once your case is sent to
the printer, we can no longer offer a refund or accept returns.
Since it was made just for you, we can't sell it to anyone
else.
- Problems with Your Order? Record an unboxing
video if your case arrives damaged, contains a printing error,
or is the incorrect model. Send the video along with photos
to our support team. We require the unboxing video to verify
the issue and offer a free replacement. Without it, we cannot
process replacement or refund requests.
