Cookies
What this policy covers
This policy explains how and when we use cookies and local storage on our website.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your browser or device when you visit. It allows the website to remember your actions and preferences over time so you do not need to re-enter them on every page.
How we use cookies
We use cookies and local storage for the following purposes:
Essential storage and cookies
These technologies are necessary for the website to function properly:
- Shopping bag: Local storage and session cookies remember items in your bag as you browse and proceed to checkout.
- Design sessions: Session storage retains your prompt and selected style while you use the design studio.
Analytics cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website:
- PostHog: Tracks navigation patterns, feature usage, generation reliability, checkout progress, and site performance. Confirmed application events may also be sent from our servers using an anonymous browser identifier or internal customer identifier.
Advertising cookies
We use third-party advertising cookies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing:
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API: Measure advertising performance across Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Browser and server events use shared event identifiers where available to prevent duplicate counting. Meta cookie identifiers may be forwarded with server events when present.
Your choices
Most web browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through browser settings.
Please note:
- Blocking essential cookies or local storage will prevent the shopping bag and studio checkout from functioning properly.
- Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to browse or order cases. Some server-side measurement of completed actions may still occur without analytics cookies.
- You can manage advertising preferences directly via Facebook Ad Preferences.
