1. The Design Process

Our service is unique. Here’s how it works:

  • Order First, Design Second: You must first place and pay for an order to access our AI design tool or select a design from the community gallery.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the text prompts you use to generate your design. You agree not to create designs that are hateful, obscene, illegal, or infringe on someone else’s copyright or trademark.
  • Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these terms.
  • Sharing is Optional: You are not required to share your design.
  • Granting Us Rights: If you choose to share your design, you give The Prompt Case permission to display it on our website as an option for other customers.
  • Public Credit: By sharing, you agree that your name will be displayed alongside your design to credit you as the creator.
  • Ownership: All designs created through our platform remain the property of The Prompt Case. You may request removal of your design from our gallery at any time by contacting us at hello@thepromptcase.com.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Design Rights: All rights to designs created using our AI tool belong to The Prompt Case. By using our service, you grant us full ownership of any designs generated.
  • Our Service: We own our website, our brand (The Prompt Case), and the technology used to provide this service.
