Shipping and Refund
We want to be crystal clear about how shipping and refunds work for our custom-made products.
1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Once you have finalized your design, we will print and ship your custom phone case within 2-3 working days.
- Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the courier’s app/website.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. The tracking information will provide the most accurate estimate.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our products are made-to-order just for you. This makes our refund policy different from other stores.

Cancellations with Refund: You can cancel your order at any point before your order has been processed (i.e., sent to the printer). If you’ve placed an order but haven’t created a design you like, you are eligible for a refund. However, a cancellation fee ($3 or ₹99) will be applied to prevent abuse of our service. The refund amount will be the order total minus the cancellation fee.

No Refunds After Processing: Once your design is finalized and your order has been sent to our printer for processing, we cannot offer a refund or accept a return.
- Why? Because the case is custom-printed with your unique AI design. It was made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else. A return would result in dead stock and a loss for our small business.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your case arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is the wrong model for your phone, please contact us immediately at hello@thepromptcase.com with a photo of the issue. We will happily send you a free replacement.
