Google Tough Phone Case

• Printing Time: We print and ship your custom case in 2-3 business days after you finalise a design.
• Track Your Order: We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.
• Delivery: The arrival time of your package depends on your location. The tracking link will have the latest updates.

Because every case is custom-made for you, our return policy is a bit different.

• Cancellations: You have 3 hours after placing your order to submit your design. If you don't submit a design within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled. You can also manually cancel anytime within the 3-hour window. If you've used our AI tool to generate designs, a cancellation fee of $1 per case will be charged to cover AI generation costs. If you haven't used the AI tool at all, you'll receive a full refund.
• After Printing: Once your case is sent to the printer, we can no longer offer a refund or accept returns. Since it was made just for you, we can't sell it to anyone else.
• Problems with Your Order? Record an unboxing video if your case arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or is the incorrect model. Send the video along with photos to our support team. We require the unboxing video to verify the issue and offer a free replacement. Without it, we cannot process replacement or refund requests.
