Can I change my phone model or shipping address after ordering?

If you need to make a change to your order, email hello@thepromptcase.com as soon as possible with your order number.

• Before printing: We can update your phone model or delivery address.
• After printing: Because cases are manufactured to fit specific device dimensions, the phone model cannot be changed once printing has started. We can update your shipping address if the package has not yet been collected by the courier.
