Can I change my phone model or shipping address after ordering?

We can certainly try to help with that! If you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@thepromptcase.com as soon as possible.

• Before Printing: We can easily update your phone model or shipping address.
• After Printing: Once the case is printed, we cannot change the phone model. We may still be able to change the shipping address if the item has not yet been dispatched by our courier.
