How do I cancel my order?

We’ve made cancellation simple and hassle-free. You can cancel your order for a full refund minus the cancellation fee ($3 or ₹99) if you cancel within 3 hours of placing your order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@thepromptcase.com with your order number.
