We understand why you’d ask! The reason you create your design after placing an order is due to the significant cost of running our powerful AI design tool. To prevent misuse and keep access exclusive for our customers, we unlock the tool after purchase. However, this process is completely risk-free for you: if you are not satisfied with any design you create, we offer a full refund minus the cancellation fee ($3 or ₹99) before the case is printed.
