How long does a custom phone case take to arrive?
Most cases are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery usually takes another 2 to 5 business days depending on your pincode. Remote locations may take longer.
Do you accept returns on customized phone cases?
Because every case is printed to order for your approved artwork and phone model, we do not accept returns. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we provide a free replacement.
What happens if my case arrives damaged or the wrong model?
Email hello@thepromptcase.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Sharing an unboxing video helps us resolve it quickly. We will send a free replacement.
